7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Standard delivery times are 4-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping may be delayed due to:

  • Courier disruptions Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for delivery delays once the package is handed over to the courier.

 

 

8. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at customercare@solarpunksports.com After this window, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified. In case of payment issues or technical glitches, please reach out to our support team immediately for resolution.

 

 

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Eligible refunds or replacements are issued only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged during transit To request a return or refund, contact customercare@solarpunksports.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
