We built Solar Punk to handle heat, sweat, and everything outdoors — and we want your experience with us to be just as smooth. Here’s how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds:
Returns – We Keep It Simple
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products like sunscreen, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
However, if:

You received the wrong product

Your item was damaged in transit

The seal was broken when delivered
Then we’ve got your back.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

The product was delivered damaged, expired, leaking, or tampered

You received the wrong item

The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
How to Raise a Claim
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at:

Include the following:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photos and videos of unboxing the product and packaging (including shipping label)
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days and do our best to resolve the issue fast.
Refund Method & Timeline

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For prepaid orders via UPI, credit/debit card, Razorpay, the refund will go back to the same source.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

If the product is used or opened

If the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

Minor packaging dents that do not affect product integrity

Delays caused by courier companies or incorrect shipping addresses
Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us.

Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders (if applicable) may require you to share bank account details for manual transfer. We’ll guide you through the process securely.
