At Solar Punk, we know you’re always on the move — so we make sure your sunscreen gets to you fast, fresh, and ready for the wild.

 

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship across India, including metro cities, towns, and remote locations, using trusted courier partners.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
     

  • Orders placed after 12 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
     

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, along with a tracking link.
     

 

 

Estimated Delivery Time

 Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  Remote/Adventure Locations: May take longer based on courier availability

 

 

Shipping Charges

  •  FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders above ₹498.
     

Cash on Delivery (COD), if enabled, may include an additional service charge.

 

 

Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
     

  • Strikes or lockdowns
     

  • Courier company delays
     

  • Remote location delivery limitations
     

We’ll keep you posted if your order is affected.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can track it at any time.

Didn’t receive it? Just email us at customercare@solarpunksport.com and we’ll send it over again.

 

 

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

We take packaging seriously — but if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or appears tampered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will require:

  • Clear photos and videos opening of the package and product
     

  • Your order number
     

Send them to: customercare@solarpunksport.com

If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve it. Replacements/refunds may be issued after investigation.

 

 

Change of Shipping Address

Need to update your address after placing an order? Email us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
